The ruins of Regum or Liqian

This city is one of the most memorable cities of the ancient world. Built by commander Huo An of the Protection Squad of the Western Territories during the Han Dynasty. It was built with assistance of a Roman Legion who took a blind boy named Publius, youngest son of triumvir Marcus Licinius Crassus to safety. The two groups helped rebuild Wild Geese Gate of the Great Wall. They're heroism was recognized by the Emperor of China and the Roman's were allowed to build a city to settle but were defeated by Tiberius, Emperor of Rome. The Shrine of Wild Geese Gate was relocated to Regum in honor of the Roman's who fell in battle. This union of people around the silk road was the first use of democracy in western Asia and stands as one of the greatest moments in history.
