*Icthyophaga vocifer* has a most appropriate name -- loudmouthed fish eater.  Some sources place it in the genus *Haliaeetus*.  I'm not sure which is currently accepted.

It is similar in appearance to the American bald eagle, but has a white neck which the bald eagle does not.
