Thanks! The story was loosely based on a stop we made years ago in California. 

She stood there looking up at her friends with a mischievous grin. She had climbed down and was standing amongst the rocks where the water rushed in as the waves rushed around the rocks and would fill the little cavity with water that then slowly recede back into the sea. Most of the time, the water wasn't very deep, barely enough to cover her feet. But when a big wave came in, it would fill a lot more andthat was what she was anticipating.  It wasn't long before a bigger wave rushed inin andhe water filled past her kneknees spillingto her boots and getting her jeans wet. She giggled as the water receded. Soon another wave rushed in this time filling the cavity well past her waist. Her jeans and now part of her sweater were soaked and she hoped for one more wave to finish things off. Finally, another wave rushed in, and this time, she dunked herself under as it filled the cavity to make sure nothing was dry when she climbed back up the rocks to her friends, giggling with delight.
