In my opinion, the third one, with the black lips but not as heavy eye shadow, looks the best out of all of them. It may be a little cut off from the closeup, but it almost seems intentional from the "photographer's" perspective. Granted, it captures even less of her hair than the others, which would be even further from your prompt's design emphasis than the one you picked. Still though, it's a bit odd it didn't really try to capture that "wet hair" prompt in any of the images despite being declared twice. I wonder if it has something to do with the comma in "Hair Looks, Wet Hair" instead of saying something like "Hair Looks Like Wet Hair". What are your thoughts?
