About lighting - it all looks fairly overcast which is what maybe you aren't liking? Several things to try if that is the case: High Contrast / Split Lighting / Golden Hour / Volumetric Light (can be used in combination with above). If you need more room for your prompt, Bing doesn't really need such elaborate story-like descriptions in order to work properly.
