Saurian Commando

In a world much like ours, where the dinosaurs did not go extinct, they evolved into humanoids and created a grand civilization, one where saurians of all different genetic phenotypes are with equality. In the span of 4.5 billion years, they have mastered spaceflight, cold fusion, have colonized the moon, Mars, have floating cities on Venus as well as mastered superspatial technologies which allows them to visit and colonizes alternate Earths. They are aware of our Earth, but have declared sanctions against contacting us. To them, we are a savage species with an expiration date, they will return to our Earth to terraform to their needs and colonize it after we are gone.
