This looks great-but I have only liquid vanilla flavouring. How much of that should I use?

It's Abt 2_3 tsp, start with 2 n adjust based on taste 👍

Oh. n poor it with liquid ingredients _ while whisking eggs_

==the recipe==

___Ingredients:___

+ 7 egg whites
+ 7 tablespoons sugar
+ 1 vanilla packet (10g)
+ 1 baking powder packet (10g)
+ 7 tablespoons flour

___Instructions:___

+ In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks, giving a smooth, meringue-like texture.
+ In another bowl, mix the sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and flour.
+ Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites until well combined.
+ Pour the batter evenly into a lined baking tin (no greasing needed).
+ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until the cake is a light golden color. Avoid opening the oven to ensure even baking.

___Assembly & Decoration:___

    _Spread a layer of your preferred cream over the baked sponge and roll it up. Coat with melted chocolate or coconut cream, and finish with a topping of fresh fruit, candies, or powdered sugar.
