Subject: Concerns About NightCafe's Community Experience
* Comment Restrictions: Comment capping limits responses to your comments left on my images; rapid typing or minimal comments trigger restrictions, reducing interaction.  I instead comment on your images than reply on mine but that is even limited by #nightcafe 
* Notification Issues: Notification feed resets each time to show all updates, not allowing it to stay on set choices like just comments, making it time-consuming and impractical to use the notification feature.

* Posting Limitations: 
    * Strict time limits on posting multiple images.
    * No edit option for feed-posts; editing image line up or text correction requires deleting and waiting 26+ minutes to repost.
    * Editing overlay text on previously published images counts as a new post, you can’t go back and add overlay text or adjust on several previous images if you desire to do so. That should not affect anyone else but you and not count as a publish if it was published and you unpublished to add text overlay.
* Community Engagement: 
    * Platform feels less user-friendly, requiring hours to engage meaningfully.
    * Suggested fixes:
        * Persistent all notification filters (e.g., allow your choice “games” no reset like: show only comments).
        * Option to mute specific users or notifications.
        * Allow muting users who post excessively, comment excessively, instead of limiting posts/comments for all.

* Visibility & Creativity: 
    * Great images often buried; visibility tied to follower count, not quality.
    * Daily Challenges favor repetitive styles, stifling creativity due to restrictive algorithms or voting patterns.
* Explore Page Overload: Multiple rapid posts from one user flood the explore; suggest showing only the latest post from user or prioritizing images with immediate engagement to stay on the explore page.

I want to enter a really good quadruped in a sci-fi challenge; even in sci-fi challenges mecha rarely seem to do well. When they do, there seems to be a preference for the anime style, which is probably why they did that promoted challenge just for that style. I'd also like to score highly with a biomech, but that seems even less likely. But I think if I do something like a fully developed version of this, it might find an audience. Do you think it'll work?

I think it will excel in the right challenge 

This isn't quite a finished product, but it has some stylistic features I like, such as the circles in various places on the mech.
