DLT-45 Light Blaster Cannon

Following the Imperial Exodus out of the Star Wars Galaxy and into the Milky Way, The Galactic Empire had stripped most of the parts from BlasTech, including machines and foundries into the Milky Way, in order to continue production on their weaponry. In 2031 the DLT-45 Light Blaster Cannon would be created in order to act as a light machinegun for the Galactic Empire's Elite Dark Troopers, which at the time was designed in order to rival Earth based Light Machineguns, which at the time was a non-requirement within star wars based armies, as most of the machine guns or blasters that were carried by the Empire were mainly identified as Heavy Cannons.

To balance the tide of the war, the Galactic Empire would go on to develop the DLT-45 in order to create the first official Star Wars Army based Light Machinegun.
