Every great story starts with a character, but in A Story Behind the Portraits, you all went beyond that — you created entire worlds, emotions, and histories in a single image. Congrats to   Angela @AngelaLehman, argentino @Argentino, and Rethy @Rethy12 for, um, *hatching* some really nice stuff.  Nice work, everybody.  Crosshatching is cool.  And here I was, thinking I knew all the cool stuff!   For the next Ink Drawing challenge, we’re going home again.  I hope you’ll stick around.  As always, I welcome feedback on this and other ideas, as well as suggestions for future challenges in the genre.
