I guess it detects that we use some of the text from the "B&W Portrait" modifier and decides to generate a portrait.

You're welcome! I've done hundreds of images by now. In most cases these were portraits. I now use the better ones to publish. It amazes me, too. Originally I just tried such an nice apple as on your image 😃. There are two or three apples (one half apple i like to publish), but relatively little.
