Off the Sidelines

Hunter's greatest regret when he arrives in a small Tennessee town is that he was sidelined, recovering from an appendectomy, on the day his unhinged older brother went off like a ticking bomb.

When he starts to see the full picture of what his new hometown's football coach and his cronies are up to, Hunter is mad. But he doesn't see much of a way to be of use in solving the problem.

But when the first of the gang dies, that changes. Hunter finds himself pushed into a leadership role, despite himself, guiding the whirlwind that Lonnie Lockhart and company are about to reap so it will do the most damage possible to those who have preyed upon the community.

Beware the wrath of a quiet man, indeed.
