Saw Cosmo in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 Trailer yesterday and I am pumped!
Cosmo was a Golden Retriever the Russians sent to space as a test animal during the Space Race in the 60s. He ended up getting transported to the other side of the galaxy where he was exposed to cosmic rays giving him long life and telepathic powers. He works with the Nova Core and is a Member of the Guardians of the Galaxy in the comics.

did you know? #34 laika the space dog was the first dog in space, sadly she did not make the return home, she had passed away from heat stroke and anxiety. the heat sheild had broken off of her ship. RIP Laika
