Level Mechanic: Absorption and Saturation
This level revolves around managing saturation and the environment’s absorption mechanics.

Saturation Meter: The player has a saturation meter that fills up as they come into contact with waterlogged areas or are attacked by sponge-like entities. As the meter fills, the player moves slower and becomes more vulnerable to attacks.

Drain Zones: Scattered throughout the level are "drain zones," dry areas or mechanical devices where the player can reduce their saturation meter. However, these zones are temporary and limited, forcing players to strategize their use.

Waterborne Hazards: The environment shifts between dry and flooded states, with water levels rising and falling. The player must avoid staying in water too long or risk triggering the appearance of the monster.
To escape, the player must activate old drainage systems by solving puzzles involving water flow and absorption. However, the more systems the player activates, the more aggressive the monsters become.
