LUNCH WITH KEANU (+ Polyphonic Prose)

Sitting around the table for lunch, I couldn’t help but feel, it all seemed so very surreal. It’s not my place to spread gossip at all, but what he did next defied logic and left me enthralled. He pulled out from his pocket a small blue rubber ball. Throwing it up it bounced wholly wild, away from the table, as he just smiled. It rolled and bounced seven or eight times and returned to his hand, right where it began, as if on command. “That was amazing,” I exclaimed, “What luck!” When he did it again, I was dumbstruck.

Apologizing, when he took three calls, one after another, but unable to ignore the others. At first, he started to laugh, it was all about taking some immediate area photographs. Keanu looked more tense while taking random photos and defying all commonsense. Then he told the last caller, “Nope, no fears, there’s nothing here.” I’m beginning to think that everything isn’t as it appears. Isn’t that weird?
