Well, we decided it was about time.

I wanted to see them. We hear them at night, sometimes, me and my husband, waking us up in the wee hours. Crystalline laughters, giggles like swarowski cascades.

It's like this since we bought this house at the edge of the Pinklewood Forest. He, Frank, wasn't so proclive to it, but I convinced him. I always convince him, I'm his wife. Lol.

We packed a bag, took our cameras (he's a Canonist, I'm a die-hard Nikongirl) and set out straight into the woods.

And wanna bet? Ten minutes we're in and -- bam! -- here's one. I used the telephoto lens, sorry, not the max quality. But here she is. A faerie!

I couldn't believe it.
