Would I eat at a restaurant called The Limp Chorizo? I do not know.
I never considered myself a fan of actual pigs.. though I loved the 1930s version of Porky Pig for whatever that's worth ... But I was born the Chinese year of the pig, and my best friend being 12 yrs younger was also year of the pig, so I thought about THAT a lot, what it's qualities are, etc. Never came across anyone really who is doing what you are... It's interesting.
Idea for a Limp Chorizo Song Title: El Chorizo està Chorreando! (look up the meaning of "chorrear" 😝)
