If you say "inspired by" instead of "by" it adds a layer of removal from the artist's and I think legally it would be harder to request royalties on these pieces. 👍 Just a thought. Just incase that's something we need to consider depending on how these cases play out, 👍

Yeah it's something I've thought about however for me it will come down to court cases like Ed Sheeran shape of you controversy, even though both versions are almost identical there were very slight differences that made it enough. The fact that when I use Google lens and tiny eye reverse image it never comes up with a match is good enough for me. Ultimately it will be the service providers that will end up court. Not the users, like us. They will go after the money and the money is with the companies like nightcafe, lexica, midjourney etc. It will if anything end up like PRS for music where by the artists will get paid a miniscule amount each time their name is used in a prompt.
