I would try prompts like: Close-up of a hybrid of a cockroach and a human dressed elegantly living in the clouds of jupiter, communal organism,....
and than add name of artist that does similar images   .... in style of (name)..... (since I do not know anyone that creates fantasy bugs you will have to find out yourself) or add......in style of Rembrandt! or in victorian style! or vintage style....and after you could add modifier/s ...Night Cafe and some other!   
It is so fun to experiment with more modifiers and artistic styles! ; )))

One of the prompts had to do with a tea party - I imported it from someone, but forgot who it was. I did alter it quite a bit in order to fit with my surreal style. The main prompt is 'Wonderland' and my own 'Bogomils Universe'.
