+ ¼ tsp salt.
+ 1 tsp lemon zest.
+ 2 tsp lemon juice.
+ 4 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen).
+ 1 tablespoon butter (diced).
+ Egg wash (for brushing).
+ 1 tbsp coarse sugar (for sprinkling).

___Instructions:___

+ Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a pie pan with the bottom crust.
+ Make Filling: In a bowl, mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and blueberries.
+ Assemble Pie: Pour the filling into the bottom crust, dot with diced butter.
+ Bake: Brush the edges with egg wash, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for about 60 minutes until bubbling.
+ Cool: Let it cool for at least 4 hours before serving.
