🦋 Before the secondary era, giant amphibians, giant dragonflies (meganeura), precursor reptiles such as dimetrodon.

🦕 At Mesozoic, all kinds of dinosaurs, flying reptiles (pteranodon, dimorphodon...), marine reptiles (mosasaurus, plesiosaurus...). Archaeopteryx, the ancestor of birds.

🦥 At Cenozoic, giant mammals like megatherium, glyptodon or macrauchenia, and giant birds like gastornis. Conversely, tiny horses like the eohippus.

🦣 Then, in the age of early man, mammoths, smilodons, cave bears, woolly rhinoceroses...

The list of possibilities is endless.
