For upon the Southern Pass is a weather storm that will make even the wettest clothing wet. It is also said that there are ramshackle huts, and no traffic moves unless its the second Tuesday or a Sunday in September.

It is also said that somewhere on the Pass, there is the league of incredibly annoyed granny's, although some say its actually Nanny's, but no one stays around long enough to ask.

The fear of being complained at keeps even the bravest soul from knocking on the immaculate, pristine, door of the house across the road from the huts.

It's also where Astrohollow's Mayor and Council meet, some say you can see the steam rise with the amount of hot air that is produced, of course they're looking in the wrong direction.

The Mayor is usually hiding out in the ramshackle huts on the other side of the road...

It was a new dawn in the Whistlethorn household, A Cogsworth had been born. Naturally the universe, much like everyone else held its breath. Not because of the fear of the Baby Goo, not because Charlie was about to knock out her siblings at the same time...

No they were waiting for Baby's first word, usually it happens later but in the Whistlethorn brood, the name Cogsworth is handed down in a sacred rite of passage that happens at birth.

The moment was here, the universe put its proverbial hands to its eyes and peaked through. Charlie toppled and was pinned by her siblings, Beryl and Cogsworth felt their collective hearts slow.

They watched their newest Whistlethorn part their lips, an in breath taken seemed an eternity as the lungs of the small one filled, their eyes wide, ears pricked.

All across the Whistlethorn Family Tree paused, and it came... Like a massive burp, it happened...

"BUGGERIT" the small one exclaimed.

As for the Whistlethorn household, Cogworth saw his life flash before his eyes, as for Newton Elias, well his voice broke and his uncertainty principles, most certainly dropped!

The Time Before Last time: The Whistlethorn's Cludgy is still out of use, there are signs of a stench, and Cog's Jnr following his father's hoof-steps, as there's a gurgling of something vaguely curious...

The Last Time: There's panic at the Whistlethorn's, curiosity turned dangerous and getting the better of them! Was this the end of the Whistleborn clan?

Now the Thrilling Conclusion: It was the end for our accidental inventing engineers, the spanner was about to fall and Cog's was certain the gears of fate were grinding to a close, and the brass-shouldered boilers were about to reverberate, the final aria of act three in Ballad of Femelda & Hyde!

When suddenly Cog's Jnr struck curiosity, well more smacked it hard with a spanner and watched it hurtle into the sky, somewhere unobserved!

Meanwhile, the boys, bench, and sink had some explaining to do as in the distance an angry mob was about to descend.
